The Upfallshower is a hybrid shower with 2 separate systems:

1. The traditional / regular shower:
This system has a hand shower with a choice of different versions. Supplied as standard with a saving shower of 5 liters of water per minute. This shower works just like your current shower and is separate from the Upfall Upcycle shower system. You can set the temperature with the thermostat knob. |

2. The Upfall Upcycle shower system:
With the Upcycle shower recirculation system you can enjoy a wonderful Wellness circulation shower of no less than 40x40cm. which gives more than 35 liters of water per minute and that, while you only consume an average of 2 liters of water per minute. A traditional rain shower would use 20 to 30 liters of water per minute. The water is continuously filtered, purified, heated and refreshed. |

Operation
The reservoir is covered with a lid. The reservoir holds about 4.5 liters of water. As soon as the reservoir is filled, the pump starts to circulate the water. Hot water will be added continuously to keep the shower warm. The water in the reservoir will therefore also be refreshed continuously. The excess water flows into the drain via the skimmer. Pumping around, filtering, disinfecting with UV light and changing. |

The water in the reservoir is sucked up via a (removable and cleanable) filter, then the water passes through a Philips UV lamp, which kills micro-organisms.
